I'm Florian Kitterer, Practice Lead AI Apps at Microsoft Germany. I help organizations build and ship AI-powered applications — from strategy through architecture to production.

My focus is on the intersection of AI engineering and real-world impact: turning models into products that work reliably at scale. I work closely with engineering teams and leadership to bridge the gap between what AI can do and what businesses actually need.

Outside of work, I'm driven by curiosity — whether it's exploring new technology, reading, or connecting with people who think deeply about where the industry is headed.
